Implementation of concept is done with full-time and on-call specialists on matters of international affairs, military applications, law enforcement applications, academic, engineering, and test and evaluation partnerships. Our partners and subcontractors range from niche specialists to renowned technical resources, such as Lockheed Martin, EDS, and Kansas State University. M2’s reputation is built on its ability to handle time-sensitive missions. In every instance complete solutions are conceived, developed, implemented and delivered well within contract specifics.
