Quality Assurance Program
M2’s program management experience will ensure top quality engineering, technical and programmatic support services. M2 has a long history of maximizing quality in support of DoD’s programs and technologies.
Performance and deliverables will be governed by proven quality control through direct compliance with the customer’s specifications and M2’s Quality Assurance Plan (QAP). Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) are emphasized throughout the M2 organization. M2’s QAP is designed to ensure that all services, products, and documentation meet the technical and performance requirements of the awarded Task Orders (TOs). It establishes the QA activities performed throughout the life cycle of M2 programs and explains that the QA group has a reporting channel to senior management that is independent of the Program Manager and the program organization.
M2 will utilize existing work instructions, procedures, and quality surveillance plans to perform specified work elements for SeaPort-e TOs. M2's QAP dictates the attention and control that must be given to all facets of a product or service to maximize quality, deliver the desired results, and ensure total customer satisfaction. QA requirements will flow down to all M2 SeaPort-e Team Members. M2's SeaPort-e Program Manager, Project Managers, and Quality Manager will constantly monitor the quality of products and services. The SeaPort-e Program Plan and TO Project Plans will identify quality milestones that must be met and identify TO specific quality metrics.
