Since 1995, M2 Technologies, Inc. (M2) has provided program management, technical support, resource management, concept development, systems integration, quality assurance, and emerging concept application support to government, law enforcement, and industrial clients. These clients include the DoD, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Army, JNLWD, FBI, U.S. Combatant Commands, and the U.K. Ministry of Defense.

M2 identifies, researches, develops, and promotes defense technologies to mitigate future conflict. Special emphasis is placed on delivering technologies that enhance the military's ability to conserve life and limit damage to property while enhancing the survivability of those in harm's way. M2's array of initiatives to "prevent and resolve" conflict include:

M2 recognizes the challenges of envisioning and developing non-lethal technologies to support military and law enforcement operations, and heads a coalition of industry and academic partners to address non-lethal capabilities and their pragmatic application to real world contingencies. The M2 team has a solid record of accomplishments.
The M2 team consists of both full-time and on-call subject matter experts (SMEs) in international security policy, engineering, science and technology, law enforcement, and military affairs. Many of the M2 managers are retired military officers with extensive backgrounds in Military Operations in Urban Terrain (MOUT), security, military law enforcement, and counterterrorism. Military experience covers all three branches: ”Combat Arms, Combat Support, and Combat Service Support. M2 is known for assembling project teams from various disciplines and backgrounds to achieve goals and exceed expectations. M2's resources are people who not only have expertise in an area but are able to think flexibly and be creative in group situations.
