FirstLink helps the Department of Defense connect with private sector companies and entrepreneurs to advance technologies for our nation’s First Responders. The goal of the alliance is to identify developmental partners for the design and prototype of a dispensing mechanism for the UOL’s Vehicle Stopping Foam.
